Bluecoat Barrel-Finished Gin
Bluecoat Barrel-Finished Gin uses the same base as our American Dry Gin that is then aged utilizing a barrel finishing process from the 18th century. The spirit spends a minimum of 12 months aging in new American white oak barrels, providing a unique, well-rounded and complex spirit.
Bluecoat Elderflower Expression
Bluecoat Elderflower Expression uses the same base as our American Dry Gin that is then rested on whole organic elderflowers. The finished product features floral notes with a dry finish.
