Instructions:
Pour Bluecoat into a Collins glass with large format ice.
Top with premium tonic water.
Garnish with your favorite orange peel creation.
All-American Martini
· 2¼ oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
· ¾ oz. Lo-Fi Dry Vermouth
· Orange Twist
Instructions:
Pour ingredients into mixing glass
Add ice and stir for 30-40 seconds
Pour into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with orange twist
Negroni
· 1 ½ oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
· ¾ oz. Dolin Rouge Vermouth
· ¾ oz. Campari
· Orange Twist
Instructions:
Measure ingredients in the order listed above into a mixing glass
Add ice and stir for 30 seconds
Pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice
Garnish with orange twist
Elderflower Martini
· 2 ¼ oz. Bluecoat Elderflower
· ¼ oz. Dolin blanc vermouth
· ½ oz. Dolin dry vermouth
Instructions:
Add ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice
Stir for 30-40 seconds
Strain and serve up in stemware
Garnish with lemon twist.
Aviation
· 2 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
· 3/8 oz. Simple Syrup
· 3/8 oz. Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
· ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
· ¼ oz. of Crème de Violette
· Lemon Twist (Luxardo Maraschino cherry optional)
Instructions:
Measure ingredients into shaker
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
Strain and serve up in stemware
Garnish with lemon twist or cherry
Bee's Knees
· 2 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin.
· ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
· ¾ oz. Honey Syrup*
· Lemon Twist
*Honey Syrup — 4:1 ratio of honey to water. Measure a cup of boiling water into a quart of honey and stir until homogenous. Let it cool and store in an air tight container and refrigerate.

Pensylvania Punch*

· 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
· 1 oz. fresh orange juice
· 1/2 oz. honey syrup**
1/4 oz. Aperol
· Orange for garnish
**For Honey Syrup: Combine equal parts honey with equal parts boiling water. Stir to dissolve honey, then let cool completely.
Instructions:
Add ingredients into a large glass.
Add ice and top with club soda.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with your favorite orange peel creation.
Penn's Woods
· 1 ½ oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
· ¼ oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
· ½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
· ¾ oz. Penn’s Woods Syrup*
· Dill Sprig
*Combine 40g fresh dill, 20g fresh basil, and 10g dried coriander into one quart of simple syrup. Blend mixture, strain, and store in an air tight container and refrigerate

Clover Club
· 2 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
· ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
· ¾ oz. Simple Syrup and 3 Fresh Raspberries.
· Egg White
· Fresh Raspberry
Instructions:
Measure ingredients into a shaker (Add egg white to the larger tin)
Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds
Separate the tins, quickly add ice, and shake vigorously again for another 15-20 seconds
Pour into chilled coupe glass
Garnish with a fresh raspberry
Vesper

· ½ oz. vodka
· ¾ oz. aperitif wine
