    • 3 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin®
    • 1 oz. Penn 1681 Vodka®
    • ½ oz. Lillet Blanc

    Add the ingredients into an ice filled mixing glass, and stir until chilled. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with an expressed lemon twist.

  • Aviation

    • 1½ oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin®
    • ½ oz. Luxardo
    • ¼ oz. Créme de Violette
    • ¾ oz. fresh Lemon Juice

    Add ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled cocktail coupe, then garnish with a luxardo cherry.

  • The Bee’s Knees

    • 2 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin®
    •    or Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin®
    • ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
    • ½ oz. Honey Syrup

    Add ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled cocktail coupe, then garnish with a an expressed lemon twist.

  • Ramos Gin Fizz

    • 2 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin®
    • ½ oz. Heavy Cream
    • ½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
    • ½ oz. Lime Juice
    • ¾ oz. Simple Syrup
    • 3 dashes Orange Flower Water
    • Egg White
    • Club Soda

    Add ingredients (except club soda) into a cocktail shaker, & give a quick dry shake. Open shaker, add ice, then shake vigorously until ice is mostly melted. Add club soda into a short collins glass, then pour 1/2 of the shakers contents over top.
    Tap glass on table, then pour remainder of contents. Top off with additional club soda until cocktail tops over rim. Garnish w/ orange.

  • Martinez

    • 2 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin®
    •    or Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin®
    • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
    • ¼ oz. Luxardo
    • 2 dashes Bitters

    Add the ingredients to a ice filled mixing glass, and stir until chilled. Pour into a Nick and Nora or coupe glass.
    Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

  • Gin Rickey

    • 1½ oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin®
    • ½ oz. Cointreau
    • ½ oz. Lime Juice
    • Club Soda

    Add ingredients into an ice filled collins glass, and gently stir together. Garnish with a few lime wheels.

  • French 75

    • 1½ oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin®
    • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
    • ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
    • Champagne

    Add ingredients (except champagne) into an ice filled cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously. Uncap shaker, and add 2 oz champagne. Double strain into a champagne glass, then garnish with a an expressed lemon twist.

  • Gin Julep

    • 3 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin®
    •    or Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin®
    • ¾ oz. Honey Syrup
    • 6-8 dashes Bitters

    Add ingredients into an julep cup and gently stir. Top off with crushed ice and garnish with a bouquet of mint.

  • Cobbler

    • 1 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin®
    •    or Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin®
    • 3 oz. Sherry or Wine
    • 2 bar spoons of Sugar
    • 2 slices of Orange

    Add ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously. Double strain into a Tankard or large glass of choice. Top mixture with crushed ice, and garnish with various fresh fruit and a mint sprig.

  • Gin Old Fashioned

    • 2 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin®
    •    or Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin®
    • ¾ oz. Honey Syrup
    • 2 dashes Bitters

    Add the ingredients to a ice filled mixing glass, and stir until chilled. Pour into an old fashion tumbler over large block ice.
    Garnish with a orange twist and luxardo cherry.

  • Clover Club

    • 1½ oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin®
    • ½ oz. Dry Vermouth
    • ¾ oz. Simple Syrup
    • ¾ oz. fresh Lemon Juice
    • 6 fresh Raspberries
    • 1 Egg White

    Add raspberries to cocktail shaker, lightly muddle. Add the additional ingredients to the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously. Double strain into a cocktail coupe and garnish with fresh raspberries.

  • The Bluecoat Bramble

    • 1½ oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin®
    • ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
    • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
    • ½ oz Créme de mure
    • 6 Blackberries

    Combine the lemon juice, simple syrup and blackberries in a rocks glass and muddle until the berries are broken up. Add Créme de mure and Bluecoat Gin®; stir to combine. Top with crushed ice.

  • The Income Tax

    • 1½ oz. Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin®
    • ¾ oz. Sweet Vermouth
    • ¾ oz. Dry Vermouth
    • ½ oz fresh squeezed Orange Juice
    • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

    Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

  • Barrel Aged Negroni

    • 2 oz. Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin®
    • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
    • 1 oz. choice of Campari or Aperol

    Add ingredients into mixing glass filled with ice, and stir to chill ingredients. Pour into a Rocks glass with fresh ice, and garnish with an expressed orange zest.

  • Tom Collins

    • 1¾ oz. Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin®
    • ¾ oz. fresh Lemon Juice
    • ¾ oz. Simple Syrup
    • Club Soda

    Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice filled Tom Collins glass, then top with club soda.
    Garnish with lemon wheel and choice of cherry.

  • Rifinito Con Timo

    • 2 oz. Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin®
    • ½ oz. Limoncello
    • ¼ oz. fresh Lime Juice
    • Tonic of Choice
    • Fresh Thyme sprig

    The italian twist on the classic 'Gin and Tonic'. Add ingredients into an ice filled double rocks glass and gently stir together.
    Garnish with fresh Thyme.

  • The Lenape Fizz

    • 2 oz. Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin®
    • ¼ oz. Ginger Liqueur
    • ¾ oz. freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
    • 1 tsp. Orange Marmalade
    • ¾ oz. Honey Syrup
    • 1 Egg White

    Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, build foam by a quick 'dry shake'. Add ice to shaker, shake vigorously. Uncap shaker and add 1-2oz Club soda. Double strain into a small Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with an aromatic flower of your choice.

  • Monkey in a Barrel

    • 1½ oz. Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin®
    • 1½ oz. freshly squeezed Orange Juice
    • 1 tsp. Vieux Carré Absinthe
    • 1 tsp. Simple Syrup
    • 1 tsp. Grenadine

    Add a teaspoon of Absinthe to a cocktail glass. Wash glass with Absinthe and discard liquid. Combine remaining ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously. Double strain into glass and garnish with an expressed orange twist. .
